What we offer

WorkoutWhatever your goal — to gain endurance, to drop a couple of dress sizes, to get leaner or gain more muscle mass — we can help. We devise programs that are suited for you. We don't believe in one size fits all, and toward that end, we use the following to vary the workouts so no two sessions will be the same:

  • Barbells and dumbbells
  • Resistance bands
  • Stability balls
  • Plastic risers and steps
  • Your body weight
  • Cardiovascular training
  • Core training
Workouts will be suited to your fitness level and be geared toward functionality, so your quality of everyday life will improve. They could be total body or alternately upper- and lower-body workouts. We will keep it fresh. Each workout will begin with a warmup and be followed by a cool-down and stretching period.
