Bench pressBefore you take on any new diet or exercise plan, it's important you ensure your body is physically prepared to undergo the challenge. Even if you were once an athlete, it only takes roughly two weeks for your body to start losing strength and stamina.

So before your first session, we ask that you download and complete the forms below and bring them with you to your first session with us. They include a physical activity readiness questionnaire and health history and a doctor's consent form. The information you provide will help us tailor your workouts to your goals and abilities and will be kept strictly confidential.
